Lead Times and Blanket Orders

Standard production lead times are generally four to six weeks. To support customer schedules and reduce delays, New England Molding stocks commonly used resins as well as customer-specific materials and color concentrates when appropriate.
Through our blanket-order and Inventory Bank programs, we can manufacture the full order quantity and store the finished parts at our Concord facility at no additional storage charge. Products are then shipped according to acknowledged release dates or Kanban requirements, providing faster replenishment and dependable availability.

Custom Color Options for Plastic parts

Materials and Custom Colors

We stock commonly used resins, customer-specific materials, and color concentrates at our facility. Our DELMIAWorks ERP system monitors inventory and automatically generates purchasing alerts to help prevent shortages. Customers may also supply materials for us to inventory. We process rigid, flexible, high-performance, and glass-filled materials, including TPEs and thermoplastic urethanes. Custom compounding, additives, customer-specified colors, and color matching are also available.
