New England Molding

A Managed Mold Transfer That Keeps Production Moving

Whether you’re leaving an underperforming molder because of quality issues, rising costs, missed deliveries, or poor communication, consolidating suppliers, or reshoring production, New England Molding manages every stage of the transfer—from mold inspection and qualification through validation, approval, and full production. Our proven process protects your tooling, maintains your quality standards, and minimizes disruption throughout the transition.

Ready to Transfer Your Mold?

Send us what you have, and we’ll guide you through the rest.

  • Physical mold, delivered to our Concord, New Hampshire facility
  • Part drawings or CAD files
  • Available process or setup documentation
  • Existing quality records, FAI reports, or PPAP documentation
  • Approved part samples, when available

Don’t have everything? That’s okay. We regularly manage mold transfers with limited documentation. Our engineering team will inspect the mold, develop a repeatable process, and establish what’s missing.

Recurring quality issues that never get properly resolved.

Supplier consolidation or cost reduction initiative.

Onshoring or reshoring from overseas production.

Your molder is closing, downsizing, or exiting the market.
